Parking and Ticket Refund Policy
The parking lot inside the National Constitution Center will NOT be accessible to the public for this event. Convenient parking is available on 5th or 6th streets under the Independence Visitor Center or at surrounding parking garages. NOTE: Arch Street between 5th and 6th Streets will be closed to vehicles for this event.

All guests will enter through the National Constitution Center's main doors located on Arch Street between 5th and 6th streets.

In the event of inclement weather, the event will still go on. Unless the venue is closed due to a state of emergency this event will NOT be cancelled.
